The University of California, Riverside's Model United Nations chapter was created to foster future leaders by providing tools and resources to enhance their leadership skills. Throughout the year we attend various conferences, both national and international, to achieve professional and personal growth.
Model United Nations at UCR is run by a board of 7 undergraduate students on campus. Annually, MUN@UCR sends travel teams across the nation and globe to compete in National Model United Nations (NMUN) conferences. Regionally, we also host collegiate conferences.
Moreover, we have amassed awards of the most prestige. We are proud to announce our 4-year winning streak of Outstanding Delegation at NMUN New York - Outstanding Delegation is awarded to less than 5% of schools worldwide. Currently, we are ranked among the most prestigious delegations of NMUN.
